Scheduling a Tutoring Session
We currently allow reservations to be self-booked between 1 and 7 days in advance.
For accounting purposes, we use different session versions based on client type.
If you forgot your booking details, please contact us through the Communication Portal, and we’ll provide you with the correct information.

How to Choose the Correct Session Version
1️⃣ Website Clients with an Active Package or Subscription
- If you have an active prepaid package or monthly subscription, select the session version labeled for clients with an active package.
- This ensures you receive the correct rate and benefits associated with your package.
2️⃣ Website Clients at the Base Rate
- If you are booking directly with us (not through Wyzant) and do not have a package or subscription, select the starred (*) sessions for the standard base rate.
3️⃣ Wyzant Clients
- Wyzant clients do not select starred (*) sessions.
- The 2 Hour Session automatically qualifies for a 20% discount.
⚠️ Important:
- Starred (*) sessions are only for Website Clients at the Base Rate.
- If you have an active package or are booking through Wyzant, do not select starred sessions to ensure the correct pricing.
Last-Minute Sessions & Special Availability
On a per-case basis, we might be able to accommodate last-minute sessions or availability that is not listed through the booking links. Please contact us for the most up-to-date availability.

We are closed every Sunday and on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
